Very nice post, Martine. Hopefully, the individual pursuit to happiness continually changes over time. If not, that would be very sad. We are different as we go through life. I'm not the same person as I was 10, 20, 30, etc years ago. Now, I am happier with experiences (mine and my loved ones) than with things. Of course, I want a nice place to live, a good job nd some extras, but I'd rather go to Europe and see the Mona Lisa or cruise the Grand Canal in a water taxi than buy more stuff.
