I have to say that my recent choices (causes), although made with as much thought and wisdom I could muster, haven’t exactly resulted in the desired outcome (effects). But each day represents a new beginning. What’s the harm in saying every morning, “today is going to be a great day!” And if it does not pan out that way then relive the possibility again tomorrow.
