		<description><![CDATA[Great ideas here, and I agree about the importance of these tools for professional networking.  It is definitely something employers look for when evaluating job applicants, and lacking a profile can give the impression you&#039;re behind the times.  LinkedIn is useful not only when actively seeking a job, but for maintaining your contacts, helping others and providing advice, and building your personal brand.  Think of LinkedIn as your online &quot;rolodex&quot; which needs regular updates, as an extension to personal relationships you create in life and work.  I hope to see many more people in the SPS community joining the site and becoming members of our group!]]></description>
